A design for a ‘Nose to Tail Complex’ in the centre of London, inspired by Fergus Henderson’s St John’s restaurant. The building aimed to reconnect production and consumption in the heart of the City of London.
The design was shortlisted for the RIBA Forgotten Spaces ideas competition, and received a commendation from the judges. It was exhibited at the National Theatre as part of the London Festival of Architecture 2010.
